Welcome. I'm thrilled you made it here, whoever you are. My name is Jenna and this is a
somewhat unconventional idea. This may seem like a blog created by another twenty
something but I want you to think of this as a storytelling space. Written Colors is simply
an avenue to connect me to friends and strangers all over the world. 

In fall of 2019, I will begin graduate school and teaching in Madrid, Spain. I'm already
anticipating so much I want to share with you all and this is the place for it. There is joy
now and joy ahead. I don't want to passively experience this, so I am intentionally
creating a spot to house these adventures.

A few things to know about me …

• Chicago, Tampa, and Orlando have been my three main homes in life thus far.
• I'm a #proud University of Central Florida graduate. Charge On!
• I'm quite the people-person and a 2 on the enneagram.
• It is very life-giving for me to be around kids. That's why I'm a teacher.
• I'm a language lover. It's a personal goal of mine to be fluent in Spanish and I'm almost there! 
• You can often find me dancing anywhere I go. Usually salsa.
